Return and Exchange Policy
Return Policy
- Return Fees: Mail returns incur a fee of CAN $9.99 plus tax. Additional surcharges may apply based on the item's size, weight, or shipping distance. These charges are added to the base fee of CAN $9.99.
- Eligibility: Items must be returned unworn, with original tags or packaging, and include proof of purchase (order number or invoice). Special orders, worn, or washed clothing are not eligible for return or exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of purchase (10 days for sale items). Items discounted at 50% or more are final sale unless stated otherwise.
- Promotional Items: Any free product, reward, or coupon provided with a purchase must be returned with the merchandise. If not, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Start a Return
- No Exchanges by Mail: Only returns are accepted via mail.
- Return Process: Email helpdesk@nostrikids.com with your order number and the email used for purchase. A fee of CAN $9.99 or more for a prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund. Additional surcharges may apply for size, weight, or distance. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Packaging: Ensure returned items are securely packaged (preferably in the original box or envelope). Do not attach the return label directly to the merchandise. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
