Missing Packages
If a package is reported missing or stolen, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier. This process typically takes 10 to 30 business days.

• During this period, you may place a new order or make an in-store purchase to receive the items sooner.
• Once the investigation is complete, we will replace the order or issue a refund, if applicable.
